About Our Nashville Practice

Lindsey is a psychedelic and somatic therapist with extensive experience and knowledge in psychedelic assisted therapy, including Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP), Somatic Experiencing, and Hakomi (Somatic Mindfulness Psychotherapy). With over seven years immersed in the field of psychedelic healing, she has cultivated extensive knowledge and skill in guiding individuals through non-ordinary states of consciousness. In 2019, she completed a year long plant medicine apprenticeship, further refining her ability to support profound transformation.

As a pioneer in the field, Lindsey co-founded the Nashville Psychedelic Center in 2019, establishing Middle Tennessee’s first psychedelic therapy practice. Lindsey has taken on key leadership roles, led trainings, spoken at conferences, and actively advocated for the safe, ethical, and effective use of psychedelics.

Lindsey’s approach transcends traditional talk therapy, guiding clients beyond thoughts into the wisdom of the body and present moment experience. As a somatic, psychedelic and mindfulness based therapist, she helps individuals regulate their nervous systems, connect with their felt experiences, and create space for deep healing. With mindfulness, compassion, curiosity, and humor, she walks alongside her clients, helping them access their greatest potential, inner wisdom, and authenticity.

She works with individuals, couples (Imago training in progress), and groups for both psychedelic assisted (KAP) and general therapy. Additionally, she provides consultation for professionals in the field and is soon launching a training program for therapists, continuing her mission to expand access to transformative, body centered healing.
